What does 'Final Sale' mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items. For more information, please see our return policy. (Return Policy)

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?

If there is demand for a style that is no longer in stock, we will do our best to reorder it.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! And you are prohibited from using coupons on sale items as well.

How do I use my Visa/Mastercard/American Express Discover gift card online?

We are sorry, but we do not accept these types of payments.

 My order status says “In Warehouse.” What does that mean?

“In Warehouse” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, it cannot be changed. Our customer service team can assist you directly at 919-787-1001.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No sorry, we cannot ship directly to PO Boxes, but call our Customer Service at 919-787-1001 and we will work with you as best we can for your individual shipment.

Can I return an Item to a store?

No, all online purchases must be returned to the Fedora headquarters by mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! As the Fedora grows, we hope our customer base will grow with us! Currently, we do not ship abroad, but in the future we hope to expand internationally.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Do gift certificate purchases qualify for special offers or promotions?

Yes! Customers may use their gift certificate towards any special offers that Fedora presents.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

No, we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time. Check back with us near the Holiday Season!

Where do you find your clothes?

We work with designers from all over the country to bring you trendy, runway-inspired looks at affordable prices. Many of our items are made right here in the USA, which is noted in the product description.
